I could not believe how perfect this picture was in both my mind and then in camera. The water was truly THAT still - no tripod, completely handheld. The reflection was mesmerizing and the serenity that surrounded us at that moment while we stood on one rock looking across Watson Lake at this stunning feature was breathtaking. While stunning as a color image, as well, the monochromatic version of these towering rock formations exudes not only a sense of tranquil beauty and natural grandeur, but majesty and drama.
